This year, the 36th Moscow International Book Fair will take place from August 30 to September 3 in the Central Exhibition Complex "Expocentre" on the Krasnopresnenskaya embankment. The venue of the book fair has been changed due to reasons beyond the control of the organizers. The operator of the largest international book fair will be the publishing house "Khudozhestvennaya Literatura".

As it was promised earlier, the publishers who first applied for participation and won in the drawing - Ad Marginem Press LLC, Goodwin Publishing House LLC, Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Verkhov, RIPOL Classic Group LLC - will be given the right to get an equipped 4-meter stand at MIBF by paying only 1 ruble extra.

Those who have applied and paid for participation in the fair during the special promotion period from December 1 to 5, 2022, as previously mentioned, the organizers will provide the right to choose the location of the exhibition stand. Also, given the reduction in the cost of participation, such exhibitors will be given the right to increase the stand area in accordance with the new cost.

The Moscow International Book Fair was founded in 1977 and has been held annually since 1998. More than 300 publishers and book distributors from Russia and other countries participate in the fair. The event is accompanied by a cultural program, which includes more than 200 meetings with writers, book presentations, conferences and seminars. An important part of the Moscow International Book Fair always becomes a business program for book industry professionals.

According to tradition, the forum will include award ceremonies for the winners of the National Competition "Book of the Year - 2023", XX International Competition of the CIS countries "The Art of the Book", XII Professional Contest "The Revizor-2023", as well as the V season of the All-Russian Literary Competition "Class!".

The 36th Moscow International Book Fair will be held with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow.
